Pages

I've moved the pages links from below the header to the side bar. This allows me to add a new page without making the header too big. So, the new page is "Books Received". I intend to keep it current starting the new year in the interests of disclosure and also to show why reviews may take longer than desired. I can't read everything I'm sent, so this is also a way of thanking the publishers. Depending on how things go, I may start books received posts once a month as I've seen done elsewhere to showcase the books.
